The information you provide will be used by the University of Edinburgh to organise the 7th UK–China International Particle Technology Forum, and the annual UK Particle Technology Forum, which will be held jointly in Edinburgh from Monday 29 to Wednesday 31 July 2019.
Your personal data will be used by the conference organisers to administer your conference attendance, and to send appropriate communications relating to the conference.
Your personal data will also be used by the University’s Edinburgh First conference organisers to put in place venue arrangements, including catering and accommodation. Details of their Privacy Policy can be found on their website.
Conference abstracts will be managed by an external company, Oxford Abstracts. Their Privacy Policy is available on their website.
We are using information about you because you have given us your consent to do so, as an attendee or organising partner for this conference.
The information you provide will be shared with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the IChemE Particle Technology Special Interest Group (PTSIG), our partners in the organisation of this event.
We will hold the personal data you provide us only for the purposes of conference administration and to send you communications pertaining to the conference. These data will be stored for a period of up to one year.
We do not use profiling or automated decision-making processes.
By registering to attend this conference, you consent to having your image captured in photography and/or video recordings for use in marketing and promotional communications following the conference. These include printed materials, websites and social media channels managed by the conference organisers and our organising partners, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the IChemE Particle Technology Special Interest Group.
